Handy Mail is a smart, user-friendly service that helps you access and manage your physical mail effortlessly—whether it's forwarding, digitizing, or securely storing your letters and packages.

Once you sign up, Handy Mail assigns you a unique mailing address. When mail arrives at that address, we notify you and either:

Digitize and email a scanned version of the mail, or

Forward the physical copy to your real location—based on your preferences.

Handy Mail is currently in production, which means it’s being finalized and prepared for public release. You can sign up for early access or join the waitlist to be among the first to experience it.

You’ll soon be able to sign up directly on our website or app. Simply choose a plan, set your preferences (scan, forward, store), and start receiving your mail.

Yes, we offer international mail forwarding to most countries. Additional shipping fees and customs duties may apply depending on your location and local laws

Handy Mail replaces traditional PO boxes by giving you a more functional digital address—but if you already have a PO box, you can forward that mail to us for processing.
